The battery pack monitoring scheme mainly includes four parts: communication management module, voltage monitoring module, current sensor, and battery temperature sensor.
Main functions
(1)Real time collection of voltage and surface temperature of each battery by each module;
(2)Equipped with automatic address allocation function, convenient on-site debugging and maintenance, and strong availability;
(3)Using intelligent analysis technology to provide forecasts for the backup time of battery packs during power outages in the city;
(5) The input port of the battery module is designed with anti reverse and recoverable fuse protection to prevent damage caused by improper construction, ensuring high system safety;
(6)Module structure design allows for flexible configuration of different numbers of battery packs, achievingLow cost solutionPlan;
(7) Provide RS485 communication interface to achieve remote monitoring function, which can be easily integrated into the application systems of third-party companies;
(8)The circuit port has EMC design and strong anti electromagnetic interference capability, especially for UPS battery packs with strong high-frequency interference, which can achieve high measurement accuracy;
